Custom Home in Kirkland, WA

For this complete wiring of a new single-family home we worked with a local builder who has a reputation in the Puget Sound for quality and timeliness – that's why builders consistently choose Ample, we're able to meet tight deadlines while still delivering high-quality work worthy of the Eastside's high-end homes.

But basic wiring wasn't all we handled on this custom Kirkland home, we were also contracted to add some superb custom features. We designed and built a home theater setup with a house-wide music system powered by Yamaha then hooked the entire house up to a Lutron home-automation system for automatic control of temperature and lights in each room.

A house this size can be difficult to keep clean so the builder requested a central vacuum system to improve the home's marketability. We finished the project off with a comprehensive security system and wrapped up everything ahead of schedule.
